Booking Process & Guidelines
To book directly with Terry for a tour, we require 10% deposit be paid to confirm the date. Payment is accepted via our secure checkout which accepts credit cards via PayPal or Stripe.
The remaining balance is due at the start of the tour and should be paid directly to Terry.
If the tour is unable to proceed due to weather, it is in the discretion of the Tour Guide to find an alternate date. If this is unavailable, we will provide are refund of the tour price, of course.
We understand that plans change sometimes. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us at least one week in advance of the tour date for a full refund of your 10% deposit. If notice is received less than one week prior to the tour date, the deposit amount is non-refundable unless another tour is able to be booked on that date. We will do our best to fill your slot, but there is no guarantees due to the short notice.
