Booking Process & Guidelines
All tours at Tobago Fun an be suited to meet individual interests, requirements or preferences. Just communicate this at the time of booking so we can ensure proper planning.
Each tour has a booking calendar which will allow you to check availability before making a reservation.
Payment is accepted via our secure checkout which accepts credit cards via PayPal or Stripe. If for some reason, you are unable to pay by credit card through PayPal or Stripe, please contact us at Tours@Tobago-Fun.com to arrange for payment in cash and confirm the date for your tour.
If the tour is unable to proceed due to weather, it is in the discretion of the Tour Guide to find an alternate date. If this is unavailable, we will provide are refund of the tour price, of course.
Cancellations must be communicated to us no later than 48 hours before the tour date for a full refund. Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the tour start date and time will be eligible for a 50% refund, unless we are able to secure another tour. We will do our best but make no guarantees due to the short notice.
Finally, by booking a tour, you agree to our Accident Waiver and Release of Liability. Please contact us with any questions. We look forward to seeing you in Tobago!
